New Commissions for level 40+

Has anyone tried the second set of "Missing" commissions? I keep getting blown up on them first shot. Does anyone have tips on build or whatever to get thru this one?

I walked through them, got hurt badly once, due to low roll, but didn't pay enough attention to what it took. I used a rogue build, which basically leaves it up to the RNG since it usually means win or die in the first roll.

Pardon my continued ignorance, but is a Rogue the Engine/Weapons heavy build?  I can never remember which one is which.

I ask because I have the same problem Grania is. The thing takes one shot at me, and I'm dead. No matter how much Shields I put up, it blasts through them like they were paper.

My rogue is all engines & weapons, my belt build is weapons & armour, my turtle is mostly shields, with 2 GBA mkV, 2 MTC.
My Juggernaut is even weapons & shields.
