BD34D put together a great PSA about stocks. I hope that he will post it here in the forums for others to reference when they need to review the basics.
You can make good money with the stock market. I know that I have.
In BD's post he/she mentions that you might want to use your Captain's log to keep track of Low/Avg/High stock prices. And I completely agree with the idea of taking good notes on what the market is doing.
But I have a slightly better way. I use a plug-in for my browser (Firefox), that puts a note right on the stock page. That way I don't have to go back and forth between two screens. Instead my screen looks something like this.

Anyway, I just wanted to share this little tip, because it has made my stock trading more profitable.
